A new community based clinic will open in Visalia in 2024, providing South Valley Veterans with more space and services. It will be located at 500 N. Santa Fe St., formerly the Buckman Mitchell Insurance Building. The new Visalia CBOC will replace the current VA clinic in Tulare.
